The includes an initial assessment session at a location of your choice (usually your home) and three follow up sessions. Price includes follow up email after each session to review and give information on next steps, and email contact between sessions with a licensed occupational therapist for any further needs.
Group Sessions:
Growing Together Mom and Baby Group

Join this unique, holistic six week group run by a pediatric and maternal health occupational therapist:

- To learn how to help your baby grow and develop their skills
- To make tummy time and play with your baby easy
- To learn how to look after your body and mind as a parent: ergonomics, core and pelvic floor rehab, and more
- To cope with common parenting concerns such as baby sleep patterns, teething, introducing solids, digestion and feeding issues
- To find out how you can return successfully to the activities you love

The Growing Together group is 6 sessions of one hour per session.
