Planning for the post-birth period

The months after your baby arrives are a time of great change both for parents and their little one. It’s important to have a plan for how you will manage this change, and strategies for supporting yourself and your family during this time. Your previous routines and roles are likely to change; I work with parents to develop a post-birth plan for ensuring adequate nutrition, finding a support network, sleep strategies, and making time for the activities that you love (and that make you feel like yourself again). I also provide support around infant behavior and development, so new parents feel confident and have realistic expectations for the post-birth period.
